I've reached a breaking point with my job. and after three very loyal, hard working years I realize something- I'm tired of working somewhere that sets you up for failure no mater how hard you work, where the lazy and constantly complaining get better treatment then I do, I'm tired of being disrespected, and I'm tiring of going to lunch and realizing that the person taking my ORDER gets more money then I do, and on there first day of the job.
I've been with my work for three years. THREE YEARS TOO FUCKING LONG!

I've been crying on an off for the last few days, depressed that its come to this, that putting myself last and my job first has not amounted to anything but pain. But, at least now I know I can get out of there.
I'll stick with them through the holidays, but once that's over, I'm looking for a better job. hopefully out of retail, I might even be able to take more classes or something do what I REALLY want to be doing.

With the thought that I don't need to try as hard, it felt really nice to tell my manager "No" when he asked me to come in early this morning. and it felt nice when I half-assed a job I used to work hard at for -them-.
Its out of character for me, I have a really good work ethic, I try to do the best I can at my job, no matter what it is, but I've been personally attacked, humiliated, and given the bare minimum JUST because they know I would take it without complaining for the LAST time.
most of my c0-workers feel the same way, and allot have already started finding new jobs.
I think its fitting, we were the top store in the district because we seriously have a GREAT team who cared, but the stupid managers are tearing it apart with their unappreciative BS. I hope they lose every one of us, and get stuck with a new lame team.

I should just make them "let me go" and get unemployment X3 woo
